Well what a great “Long weekend” starting off on Thursday 31st Jan in Montevideo seeing a few friends and then deciding to go on a road trip with Noel, Tammy and Alvaro to the East coast for a few days of sun, sea and, well of course, alcohol!

Noel and I set off on Friday evening for Punta del Este and arrived at around 3am. Needless to say we had a quick change of clothes and then hit the town to a club called Ocean. Good night, lots of booze.

After a pretty fustrating time trying to get a visa, it looks like we are now on the home straight. Today I am going to sign a work contract and with that i should be able to get all the documentation necessary to be legal in the country!

The work itself is in the British-Argentine chamber of commerce but don’t ask much more than that… i will update when possible!
